Massage for Men

Prostate Massage

The anal region as part of sexuality was long considered as taboo as gay or advanced sex in our culture. Reports about the male G-spot and the corresponding stimulation of the prostate gland as intimate fitness against prostate problems, so to speak, have reduced reservations in many men, even regardless of their sexual orientation.

Why massage the prostate at all?

The prostate is a small walnut-shaped gland located just under the bladder that produces a fluid that transports sperm during ejaculation.
The prostate often referred to as the male G-spot, is super-sensitive to touch and especially to pressure. By stimulating the prostate, you can experience a long-lasting orgasm.
“It is difficult to describe. But the feeling is more intense than during a normal orgasm. The stimulation also builds up slowly, but it lasts longer and becomes more intense.”

How do you find the prostate?

The best way to locate the prostate is first digitally (with your finger). With some lubricant, insert the finger into the anus. Move the finger towards the stomach and you should be able to feel a walnut-like gland. Do not be worried if you do not find it immediately. Every man is a little different and it can take some practice.

Giving yourself a prostate massage can be an acrobatic challenge. There are numerous prostate toys to create a solo experience. However, the intensity and the experience together with a partner cannot be compared.

Preparation for a prostate massage

The fingernails should be trimmed. The tissue of the anus is sensitive and easily injured. Your fingers themselves should not have any scratches or cuts. Even with proper preparation, all sex involves the transmission of bacteria, and this is even more likely during anal play.
I use a latex glove (a condom around the finger is also sufficient). Cleanliness and hygiene should be a matter of course for both partners.

The 5 steps of a prostate massage

Chill out. Have confidence. The first time you do this, your sphincter muscle will have to get used to the fact that a “foreign object” will enter and the “direction of motion” will change and will feel unfamiliar. The muscle will tense or even cramp. Even if it is only one finger – this should be possible.

It is just messing with your head. That’s all. Take your time. Your partner should not start right away. You have to try out a posture that is comfortable for you. It should be relaxed and maybe not too acrobatic. After all, it’s not about yoga, it’s about having fun.
I always start with a gentle massage to relax and get you into the mood. Taking on the passive role is very unusual for some men and takes time and confidence.

The more lube the better. I use almond oil or silicone oil. The latter is very rich and doesn’t smell. First, massage the anus with your finger and penetrate gently until the sphincter relaxes.

Slowly move the middle finger gently towards the abdominal wall and with circular movements, apply pressure to the nearby rectal wall and the walnut-like gland. If it becomes too intense, shift down a gear.

As an active partner, don’t forget that you have two hands. You can also massage the penis and balls at the same time as the prostate massage. This distracts from the unfamiliar “finger feeling” and is simply more fun.

The first signs that your partner is doing it right are slight contractions of your pelvic muscles and sphincter – usually involuntary. You will also notice a slight feeling of fullness and warmth in the rectum and surrounding pelvic area. The tension and warmth will increase all by themselves. It may feel strange and unfamiliar but stick with it.

At this stage it is important to keep going and not stop. Not even if you feel the bladder is squeezing. The bladder will not empty involuntarily. It is just an unfamiliar feeling. Any change in pressure or pace can cause you to lose the moment. Just let it happen.

The feeling of fullness and warmth around your rectum will be more intense. And be very unfamiliar the first time. There is no need to wait for the climax. It will happen all by itself. Maybe not the first time. But with a little practice it is possible to experience a corresponding anal orgasm without touching the genitals.

Two more hints …

A prostate massage does not succeed under performance pressure and great effort, but primarily by letting go. The first time you may not find the procedure and the feelings as pleasant as you expect. Most men have to get used to this new experience first. The second time, you will be much more relaxed and do not want to miss it anymore.

Give your partner feedback during the massage. Let him know what is pleasant, what you would like more of or what he should perhaps do differently. Men often find it difficult to communicate their wishes and are disappointed when the experience does not meet their needs.
